To celebrate the very first Matariki public holiday, Olveston Historic Home is opening its doors for our community to enjoy. Olveston was donated to the city by the Theomin whānau, one of Dunedin’s most philanthropic families who not only honoured those past but celebrated the present and looked to the future by encouraging growth in Dunedin’s and New Zealand’s youth through education, the arts and humanitarian projects. Come and take your time to walk through the home of this amazing family. Nau mai, haere mai ki te whare Olveston!
