Mau Rākau are traditional Māori weapon-based martial arts, perhaps the most iconic traditional weapon is the Taiaha, as held by the Rangatira on New Zealand coat of arms.
Join us for a demonstration of this celebrated taonga, and witness the incredible forms, footwork, speed, and power kept alive in this traditional artform.
