
Restorying Tinana

FREERachel Ruckstuhl-Mann (Kāi Tahu) leads a physical workshop focused on embodying stories of Te Taiao and Te Ao Māori, embedded within our anatomy. She combines practices of dance, theatre, somatics and healing modalities into a creative space of exploration that works towards re-storying our physical, energetic and communal selves within the context of whenua and whakapapa.
No previous experience needed, all bodies welcome. Please bring a yoga mat or blanket, comfortable warm clothing, a drink bottle and anything else that you need in order to participate fully and with ease.
