Share in the knowledge of our tūpuna! Whānau Māori, Pasifika Aiga and all who are interested in weaving are invited to this special hui to be held at Araiteuru Marae.
Materials have already been gathered and kaiako will be travelling from far afield to pass on this taoka tuku iho (heirloom wisdom). Whether you’re starting out or looking to add to your skills, you can expect a fun-filled day and expert guidance from across Moananui a Kiwa. Nau mai, haere mai!
A kōhanga run by experienced kaitiaki will be on site for preschoolers, and kaimirimiri available too. Please bring koha to help cover costs. In case of tangi alternative venue TBA.
